Linda (Lynn) K. Blackbourn, age 70, of Edgerton, died on Friday, Dec. 15, 2017, at home surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in Janesville on June 8, 1947, the daughter of LaVerne and Nellie (Wunder) Huschka. Lynn graduated from Craig High School in 1965. She worked as a local hairdresser for 25 years, and owned Badger Suites Pet Motel that has now passed onto her granddaughter, Lindsey. The Badger Suites building was first known as Rock Veterinary Clinic where her husband Charlie practiced for many years.

Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 31 years Dr. Charles Blackbourn DVM of Edgerton; daughter, Heather Massey-Jones of Janesville; two granddaughters, Lindsey Jones of Janesville and Bayly Jones of Milton also known as her two blondies; three step children: Joe Blackbourn of Arizona, Linda Blackbourn of Maryland and David Blackbourn of Arizona; extended family the Zick’s, Tim, Erica, Teegan, Tiana and Taylin; siblings: Susan Campbell, Christine (Don) Grady and Bradley (Sally) Huschka; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Family would like to thank the staff at UW Carbone Cinic, UW Cancer Center of Johnson Creek and Dr. Amit Sanyal.

A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, Dec. 23, 2017, from 1 p.m. until the closing prayer at 3 p.m. at the SCHNEIDER FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY.
